How much will my clean cost?
Your quote depends on the rooms or items, their size, fabric, condition and your location. Send a few photos and your postcode. Ask us to confirm the full price and what it includes before booking.
Can every stain be removed?
Some marks respond well to cleaning; others involve permanent dye changes, damage or wear. Let us know what caused the mark, how long it has been there and any products already used. We can discuss what may be achievable.
How long will it take to dry?
Drying depends on the material, cleaning method, ventilation and conditions in your home. Ask about the likely drying time for your items when requesting a quote, and follow the advice given after your clean.
Can I book carpets and a sofa together?
Yes, you can request both in one enquiry. Include the rooms, approximate sizes, sofa size and a few photographs so we can discuss a combined visit.
What should I do before the appointment?
