Help us prepare your quote
Send your postcode, the number of rooms and approximate sizes. For stairs, include a photo and the number of steps. Mention the carpet material if you know it, plus any stains, previous treatments, furniture or access restrictions. A wide photo and a close-up of any problem area are helpful.
A clear conversation before the visit
Confirm the total price, any minimum visit or travel charge, furniture-moving arrangements and what the proposed clean includes. Ask whether stain treatments cost extra. Your appointment is agreed directly with Revive the Shine; sending an enquiry does not reserve a time.
What cleaning can and cannot change
Cleaning may improve dirt and soiling, but it cannot reverse worn fibres, bleaching or every permanent stain. Photos help start the discussion, although some issues need an in-person assessment. Ask about likely results and drying conditions before cleaning begins.
Planning around your home
Let us know about parking, floor level, access and anything that needs careful handling. Discuss how long to keep the area clear and ask for aftercare advice suitable for the cleaning method used. You can include a sofa or chairs in the same quote request.
