Everyday use leaves its mark on arms, cushions and favourite seats. If your sofa or chairs feel due a refresh, show us their condition and explain what you would like improved. We focus on carpet and upholstery care rather than general house cleaning.
Start with the fabric
Different fabrics need different handling. Send a clear photo of the furniture, close-ups of marks and the care label if available. Tell us about previous cleaning, colour transfer, spills or damage. Suitability and the proposed approach need to be discussed for your specific item.
What goes into a quote?
Include the number of seats, whether it is a corner sofa, and whether you want separate cushions, an armchair or a footstool included. Your postcode and access details help us assess the visit. Ask for the complete cost and scope before you book.
Realistic expectations, from the start
Not every mark can be removed, and cleaning cannot repair a worn or damaged fabric. Drying also varies with the material, method and ventilation. Ask what improvement is likely and when it should be ready to use. We do not promise the same outcome for every sofa.
Before and after your visit
Agree what you need to clear around the furniture and mention any sensitivities, children or pets. Follow the aftercare instructions given for your item. If you also need carpets cleaned, include them in the enquiry so we can discuss a combined appointment.
